Approaching 2023 End: Last Phase of a Lifecycle

As 2023 wraps up, innotec GmbH reflects on the past year. Our company has navigated relevant organizational changes and has taken actions to optimize and streamline processes and internal workflows (from HR to Marketing and Sales).

Like in functional safety development, we invested a significant effort to analyze changes, finalize validation and deployment of the changed requirements, architecture, and detailed implementation. Each change was both a risk and an opportunity to make the system better.

Thanks to the entire innotec team, to our old as well as new clients and partners for the journey we have done together this year and for the future cooperation.
